[Title]
 Wavelet decomposition of the discrete periodic spline space
 
[Abstract]
 The orthogonal basis in the space $S_r^m$ of discrete periodic
 splines is constructed. Wavelet decomposition of the space
 $S_r^m$ with $m=2^t$ is obtained using this basis.
 Recurrence formulae for transformation from orthogonal
 expansion to wavelet expansion and recurrence formulae for
 inverse transformation are derived.
