Masharsky [Title] Fast Vilenkin--Chrestenson transform based on Good factorization [AMS Subj-class] 42C10 Fourier series in special orthogonal functions [Abstract] Basing on Good's approach to the factorization of Kronecker degree of a matrix, two recurrent sequences of orthogonal bases in a space of discrete periodic signals are constructed. Using these bases, two algorithms of fast Vilenkin--Chrestenson transform are built.
