[Author] O. I. The integral frames are defined in the same way as the usual frames but instead of the sums one uses the integrals. These integral frames generate by a natural way some important bounded operators in (functional) Hilbert spaces. There is also a connection with some Hilbert valued functions. We establish some general facts on the integral frames. E.g., they are always complete in their Hilbert spaces and if one takes away an essential part of an integral frame then one gets either an integral frame again or a noncomplete system.
