[Abstract]
 Reverse permutation matrices play an important role in the theory of fast
 orthogonal transforms. Reverse permutations are related to reverting mixed
 base codes of nonnegative integers. In this paper, recurrent relations for
 reverse permutation matrices are deducted. Four variants of factorization
 of such matrices are obtained.
