[Abstract]
 Fast Fourier transform is based on a factorization of Fourier matrix
 into a product of sparse matrices with a special structure. These
 matrices, generally speaking, depend on some vector of parameters.
 In this paper we obtain a very deep parametric factorization of
 Fourier matrix in case of its order being presentable as a product of
 pairwise relatively prime factors.
