[Abstract]
 Fast Fourier transform plays an important role in discrete periodic
 signals processing, especially in case of multiple dimensions.
 Starting with multidimensional discrete transform, one can pass to
 Kronecker product of transform matrices in each dimension. Every
 one of these matrices can be parametrically factorized.
 This paper considers a general case of an arbitrary matrix of parameters.
 The results obtained here can be applied to the prime factors method.
