 A polar form of polynomials on two variables

[Abstract]
 Using symmetric polynomials on two groups of variables, the definitions of
 a polar form and poles for algebraic polynomials on two variables are
 introduced. An effective algorithm for computation of poles is presented.
 A problem of polar interpolation is considered. It is stated that the unique
 solution of this problem is a Bernstein polynomial on two variables.
