[AMS Subj-class] 42C40 Wavelets and other special systems 22A10 Analysis on general topological groups [Abstract] Lately Haar bases in different structures often appear in the literature, and the construction of a Haar system is a unique substance in some papers. In the present paper we describe a simple construction of Haar systems in any measure space with appropriate topology. The construction includes a lot of Haar bases on the Euclidean spaces, p-adic, Cantor, Vilenkin and zero-dimensional groups.
