 We consider a compact selfadjoint pseudodifferential operator with a symbol
 $a(x,\xi)$, $a(x,\xi) \asymp |\xi|^{-\phi(x)}, \quad |\xi| \to \infty$.
 We justify the Weyl's asymptotics for the eigenvalues.
