[Abstract]
 We consider an eigenvalue problem for the ordinary differential operator 
 of arbitrary order with integral constraints. We obtain the sharp asymptotics
 of eigenvalues. This result is applied to the problem of small ball probabilities
 for some $m$th order detrended Gaussian processes.
