10 months ago we started with a new project "International Mathematical
Series."

We happy to inform you that  the first two English volumes dedicated to the
80th birthday of Professor Olga Ladyzhenskaya have been published and will be
presented at the Franfkufrt Book Fair at the stand B422 Hall 4.2 (``Scientific
Books Publisher'', Novosibirsk, Russia).

You find the table of content  and a couple of photos of O. Ladyzhenskaya
included in Volume II in the attachment to this message.

You find a detailed information about the volumes in the web-page of the

The "International Mathematical Series" will continue and, hopefully, will
follow the main principles of this series: high level --- fast publication ---
two-language (Russian-English) edition. Please, see the web-page

This series has no regular Editorial Board. For each new volume devoted to
some field of the modern pure and applied mathematics, leading specialists are
invited by the founders of the series to contribute as volume editors and
authors.
